The amazing kids who go to the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Phoenix Children’s Hospital face tremendous struggles with their diseases yet their spirits remain bright! Many receive weekly or more frequent treatments that make the hospital seem like a home away from home.
The loving staff at PCH do their best to make treatments as easy as possible and maybe even a little bit fun! So, whenever possible, children who come to the hospital for their life-saving procedures are given a toy to distract them from the length and pain of their treatment.
This is especially important for newly diagnosed children who are afraid or unfamiliar with the treatment process. Please help stock the PCH toy closet so kids can continue to have something to look forward to when they visit the hospital. It makes a tremendous impact in the life of a child.
Your donations make a child’s day brighter! Thank you! Please make sure all toys are new and no stuffed animals, due to infection control. Toys requested by Phoenix Childrens Hospital:
